Services Provided

JP Psychiatry offers psychiatric services, including medication management, mental health assessments, and telepsychiatry consultations for both adults and children (ages 6 and above). All services are provided by Jill Powers, a licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner.

Patient Responsibilities

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your medical history, current symptoms, and other relevant details necessary for the provision of psychiatric care.
  • Appointment Scheduling: You are responsible for ensuring that you attend scheduled appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Payment: You agree to pay for the services rendered in accordance with the fees specified at the time of service. Payments may be made through insurance or out-of-pocket, depending on your insurance provider and coverage.

Use of Telepsychiatry Services

  • Technology Requirements: Telepsychiatry services are offered for convenience and require a stable internet connection, a camera, and a private setting. You are responsible for ensuring the technology meets these requirements.
  • Confidentiality: Telepsychiatry sessions are secure and confidential, following all necessary legal and ethical standards, including HIPAA regulations, to protect your personal health information.

Confidentiality and Privacy

Limitation of Liability

JP Psychiatry provides mental health services with the utmost care and professionalism. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our services. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
